Welcome

Welcome

I'm so glad that you're checking out our website! Whether you are exploring spiritual questions for the first time or looking for a family of faith in which to continue your journey, we hope that this site will give you a feel for who we are.

If you spend some time with us at Three Village Church, my hope is that you would discover what we value:
  • We value the Bible. On Sunday mornings, you will find that our teachings are based on the Bible. We believe that it contains all the wisdom and  knowledge that we need for life. We see it as the big story of God's redeeming work in the world.
  • We value grace. The Christian life is more about grace-filled relationships than it is about rules and religious practices. God has made a way for us to be in relationship with Him and with one another, enjoying the abundant life that He gives, as a free gift of grace through Jesus Christ.
  • We value people. We want people to experience the satisfaction of sharing life together. We feel that this kind of authentic community best plays out in small, offsite gatherings through our Small Group Ministry.
  • We value the needs that exist outside of our walls. You will find that a significant amount of our money and time are spent caring for needs in our community and around the world. We feel that God has been generous with us in order that we might be generous with others.

I hope that you will explore life with us. Peruse our website, come worship with us, or come check out one of our "Taste of 3VC" lunches to get a better sense of who we are. If I can be of any help to you in this process, please feel free to contact me.

What To Expect

When you come to Three Village Church on a Sunday morning, you can expect to be welcomed by someone who will help you to find your way.  During Covid-19 things are a bit different, so here is what you can expect in this season.

Our kids/nursery programs are offered for infants-grade 5 during the 9:15 service only. RSVP is encouraged (on our website homepage) for those children's programs. Masks are worn by all adult volunteers and also by children in the k-5 classes.

Masks are currently encouraged in the sanctuary and public meeting spaces but not required.

Some people will be dressed in jeans, while others will be wearing suits. When we gather to worship God, our services include elements from a variety of Christian traditions.

Our worship times are filled with music, prayer, scripture reading, and a relevant message, based in Biblical truth. The band is contemporary, and we sing a mix of songs that include a variety from recent decades, hymns, and new songs as well. Our services always include teaching from the Bible. While you can be sure that we will teach the truths of Scripture, we seek to do it in an engaging, clear way that is accessible to anyone, regardless of religious background.

We offer opportunities for you to find out more about our church, but no one will put you on the spot when you visit!

One Sunday every few months, we offer a free, 1-hour lunch called “Taste of 3VC,” where you can meet church leaders, ask questions, and learn more about how to connect with our church family. We hope that if you come visit, you will introduce yourself to us. We would consider it a privilege to meet you.
